Mini Avocado Toasts

Ingredients

1 box Mary's Gone Crackers Everything flavor crackers or similar
~3 small avocados or 1 large
salt pepper
2-3 oz cheese like sharp cheddar or gouda
pomegranate seeds

Instructions

Use a small spoon to gently scoop out tiny spoonfuls of avocado and smash them onto each cracker. I found that 1/2 a small avocado was about enough to top 12-14 crackers, so you'll need around 3 small avocados if you're serving a whole box.
Top with salt, pepper and a thin slice of cheese, then garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately!
